The directories for :
- the data is /ecola/share/data/
- the sources (mercurial depositories) is /ecola/share/src/
- the compiled binaries is /ecola/share/softs/
You can use the softwares with the following commands (add them into you ~/.bash_profile file):
module use /ecola/share/modulefiles/
module load sirocco-gnu/latest
